Participation Waiver

By booking a Kreation Station experience, the booking adult confirms, on behalf of themselves and every guest in their group (and as parent or guardian of any minor guest, or with permission from each minor’s parent or guardian):

1. Jewelry making involves small parts, wire, pliers, cutters and other tools. Small parts can be a choking hazard and are not suitable for young children.
2. Guests will follow the artist’s instructions and use tools carefully. Children will be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.
3. The booking adult will tell Kreation Station in advance about any allergies (including metal sensitivities) or other needs of guests.
4. Guests participate voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks of a hands-on craft activity. [Release-of-liability wording to be provided by a legal professional.]

The booking adult accepts this waiver by ticking the waiver box and typing their full name as an electronic signature when booking. The acceptance is stored with the booking.
